Our Housekeepers Lungi & Zanele all have their roots in the Eastern Cape but have settled happily in Paternoster. These loyal ladies work tirelessly to ensure that our rooms are prepared for your visit and, in the case of the Manor, serviced every day. They ensure that our public spaces are clean and attractive, take care of the laundry and help to keep our kitchen and dining area running smoothly!
Our Guest House Manager, Eddie, embodies the spirit of the Manor Pledge: to give our guests the best possible stay, and memories they will never forget!
Hailing from KZN, Eddie joined the Manor team in October 2022. Eddie loves to welcome people and make them feel special; he oversees delicious breakfasts which will provide you with sustenance to see you though your daily activities, and he will attend to any requests that will make your stay more comfortable! Overseeing operations including bookings, housekeeping, admin and events are all part of a day’s work for this hard-working team member.

Hailing from the farming area of Underberg, KwaZulu-Natal, Ross McLean CA (SA) served in executive leadership roles during a 4-decade corporate career spanning assignments in South Africa, the UK and the UAE (Dubai).
In February 2017 he retired from the role as President (Africa) for Dow, a $60Billion US-based multinational operating in over 160 countries.
Ross entered his “second curve” in February 2017, acquiring Paternoster Manor and subsequently Limestone House and Stay @ Emily.
