The lavishly decorated king-size main bedroom has a sea view and is ideal for the sole traveller or a couple; and when this room is combined with the adjoining double-bed annex, a family or group of four can be accommodated. An elegant bathroom shared by the two rooms includes a shower as well as an elegant Victorian bath, together with toilet and hand-basin.
For your convenience and comfort, the rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, and electrical points can be used for charging your laptops or mobile devices. Complimentary wi-fi is available in the rooms and throughout the guesthouse.
A refreshment station with electric kettle includes teas, coffee and cookies, and a fridge holds complimentary water and milk. Enjoy a glass of sherry from the decanter or bring your own drinks to enjoy in the comfort of your room, or on the nearby “sundowner balcony”; glasses are provided.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
